Holiday Memories by Lezlie

I would have to say that my most memorable holiday memories would be the last 7 years as a wife and mother. Life didn't prepare me for the joy and laughter that I would have after creating my own family.

To wake up next to the greatest husband and father is a wonderful feeling. Although - when I'm done Christmas shopping, he always seems to think "his" boys need more stuff. It's great to see his excitement when he's shopping for everyone else.

He's not one for big celebrations or even a lot of decorating. Really, I think he doesn't like the decorating because he knows he'll end up taking down the lights :) Oh well - it keeps him busy.

I love the way he looks when he sees the joy he brings to others. He puts everyone else before himself and if there are children without presents, he provides. People without a place to go, he provides. Families without homes, he provides. He has been the creation of many more great Holiday memories to come and I thank him for that.
